Do you have live in onsite managers available?
Yes, the team at BMInnovate have an experienced network of Building Managers who are available to live onsite and manage the day to day expectations of the tenants and owners. We pride ourselves on providing a personalized service which ensures all expectations are met and exceeded, in addition we are also able to manage buildings with no requirement for an on-site manager and do do this on a Mobile Manager basis.
Do you have a network of preferred suppliers for grounds work, repairs and maintenance?
BMinnovate has a strong network of contractors which are managed through BC Vault, this means in every instance we are able to provide multiple quotes per project and ensure the contractor we provide is able to ensure quality service on time and to budget.
Are you able to help us create a LTMP?
Yes we have experience in creating Long Term Maintenance Plans on behalf of our clients. We are also happy to review your existing plan and offer advice if required.
